What we collect, and why

Who we are

This site is run by Hebble & Stone CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales under company number 17245883. Our registered office is 57 Keswick Close, Siddal, Halifax HX3 9BP. We are the data controller for the information described on this page. To reach us about your data, email hello@hebblestone.org.

The short version

We collect the contents of the get-started form when you submit it. We use it to reply to you and to plan our work. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.

The slightly longer version

• The form. Name, email, organisation name and any notes you choose to send. Emailed to us at hello@hebblestone.org. Stored only as long as the conversation is useful.
• Cookies. None.
• Tracking. None.
• Analytics. We may add Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate. We'll update this page if we do.
• Server logs. Cloudflare keeps short-lived edge logs (IP, request, status). We don't query them except to debug abuse.
• Spam control. Our form uses an invisible proof-of-work check: no third-party widget, no captcha, no fingerprinting.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the email you sent at any time, just reply to the thread and say so.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please get in touch with us too.
